It's a good experience to work in that college. Friendly and cooperating colleagues. Good management. Having extra curricular activities like gaming , yoga , PET.

There is no job security . Atleast there should be minimum years of Job security should be provided by the particular institution.

It's really good experience. I worked as a vice principal and as well as chemistry faculty. Playing a dual role is hectic but I learnt so many things from that.
