Salary very good and all the employees are very good except Shivasankar HD

Dislikes

Auditor Manager Shivasankar HD force me to resign or he terminate me without any warning, Very poor work culture under his guidance, He force me to work in National holiday and told me that he gave me one day off but later he told me that he was not satisfied on this day's work so no leave allowed against this holiday work, I recommend not to join in Audit department under Shivasankar HD

Only one thing is good. There is no punch in punch out manual or biometric system is there at regional office. So if u late in traffic everyday, it won't affect salary.

Salary structure very poor. No body appreciate your achievements. No one cares about any timeline. Everything is in slow motion. Too much politics. Feminism. Rural colony culture in office. No respect to subordinates

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
