Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Literally everything else other than salary and infrastructure needs to be improved. Not recommended for peace of mind and work life balance. Be ready to get humiliated in front of everyone every now and then if you don't meet target once.

There is nothing I like about this company. They treat you like an animal, they dont teach the new employee any skills but expect them to do 5 times more work than the experienced worker. This place traumatized me for life. I'm glad I left

No breaks, heavy workload, work doesn't stop even after 9 hours of heavy work without breaks, the managers have no chill. God bless.
