Basicfirst is a great company it has a professional learning environment and a very friendly work environment and has great pay for the amount of work it requires to do. I would recommend this company to anyone especially if your considering getting into the online learning field.

Dislikes

Sometimes they used to throw their stress on their employees.

I was in search of a job that would help me gain work experience and I found this job at basicfirst.com. I was in need of a job that would help me gain skills and knowledge in economics, management and marketing and the first-experience job at basicfirst.com did exactly that.The results were great, the job helped me to gain work experience and knowledge in a variety of key areas.

Dislikes

I personally do not like the idea of online teaching.

Basic first always helps them with financial problems, when their employees complete two years in the organization, they even provide financial assistance for their daughter's marriage, that's so good.

Dislikes

There is no good eatery facility available.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
