Everything is a lie. Too much politics. No job security. Firing people is status symbol and is promoted by the owner himself. He proudly says that they have fired most people. The owner, vp and HR are a bunch of people who just like to gossip behind the back. The managers try to butter the owner to remove the threats. Many good people were fired just because owner was told to do so. Owner himself doesn't know the ground reality of the company and just flies in his dreams. No FNF for the employees who left. Salaries of employees are not paid from September 2019 and I am writing review in december. I left company after my 2 months salary was not paid and still haven't received my FNF....Read More

Basicfirst is a good company to work for. They work with a lot of startups, so there are always interesting projects to work on. The management is nice and always encourages the employees to take initiatives. It has a relaxed working environment, which is very important to me.

They doesn't give much-paid leave.

The main reason I chose to work with this company is that I had a chance to talk to the founder of the company. He is a very intelligent and friendly person. He and his team are very supportive and always ready to help.

My experience at Basicfirst was excellent. The staff was very attentive and the food was beyond amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that Basicfirst is the best company to work for if you are looking for a job

Working in a bootstrap company is difficult sometimes but you have to manage, there was only one time when I got a late salary. but if I have an emergency they are ready to help me out with advance salary thats what I really loved about Basic First.

I worked there as a software engineer, my work primarily focused on the back end development, everything went very smooth till now. Got many perks like CultFit subscription and incentives. Will recommend it to anyone for sure.

There are not a single point to like that company.

It is a startup company. They are hiring experienced people but treat them like they are freshers. There are not a single holiday, even they said to do work on sunday also. In evening it's a daily habit that you can not leave office on time, if you tried they said, so much work available. Fake HR and managers are their. They make a policies for you but you can get their benefit after 1 year. They hired the people low salary and said it's our policy that we give the appraisal after 1 month.
