Basic first is not a company. It's a fraud center run by a big time fraud who hires people, gets work done and never pays. There are multiple firs in the name of the owner and he loves using abusive language with people.

I worked there for 2 months they don't have leads ,as well as ceo is behave like a road guy,they hired many peoples but terminate them after 10-15 days without giving any training,also there is too much difference between there commitment and work.

They hire me I have spend my traveling charges from Nellore to Bangalore and hotel to stay. After a 20 days they simply said fired.with out any reason.

Everything is a lie. Too much politics. No job security. Firing people is status symbol and is promoted by the owner himself. He proudly says that they have fired most people. The owner, vp and HR are a bunch of people who just like to gossip behind the back. The managers try to butter the owner to remove the threats. Many good people were fired just because owner was told to do so. Owner himself doesn't know the ground reality of the company and just flies in his dreams. No FNF for the employees who left. Salaries of employees are not paid from September 2019 and I am writing review in december. I left company after my 2 months salary was not paid and still haven't received my FNF....Read More
