I was in need of a job that would help me gain skills and knowledge in economics, management and marketing and the first-experience job at basicfirst.com did exactly that.The results were great, the job helped me to gain work experience and knowledge in a variety of key areas.

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I joined them and realized i have joined a company to do charity work, i worked for them and they terminated me just by sending a whatsapp message. The owner Mr. Randhir Kumar is big FRAUD! He will give you all fake promises in the name of growth but wont pay you a single penny, no matter how much you work you. There is so called manager Aneerudh Kumar whose work is to ensure that he will find some fault in you on purpose to come with an excuse not to pay. I worked there for a brief duration and it was my second job, still it was the best experience so far. I am happy that I was a part of Basic First and got a chance to contribute and give ideas to increase their sales, it was only possible because they are open for ideas even from freshers.

Basic first is not a company. It's a fraud center run by a big time fraud who hires people, gets work done and never pays. There are multiple firs in the name of the owner and he loves using abusive language with people.

They hire me I have spend my traveling charges from Nellore to Bangalore and hotel to stay. After a 20 days they simply said fired.with out any reason.
