Excellent !!! I got multiple oppotunities like as SAP learning, DCS Systems, Nano Filtration systems, HIRA, Fire Fightings,First Aid, GURA audits, Occupational safety, OPEX,RCMS systems,5S systems,Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Material Handlings, etc...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
