Salary as per IBA settlement like all public sector banks,LTC 4/2 yrs block all India,environment satisfactory, work pressure comparatively high due to deposit /credit mobilisation, cross selling, fulfilling Govt programmes etc.work life balance is satisfactory. Overall competition & work pressure is comparitave high.Health insurance from bank. For child care leave provision for 2yrs. NABARD, RBI & internal training. Education loan for India& abroad studies from bank apart from other loan like housing,4/2 wheeler, festival loan intt. free,personal loans.
