Barclays is a nice place to work in, but I found the middle level management heavy and redundant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat</mark>. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
