There is no job security cause of multiple bosses. Bosses listen only flatter people. If you are making happy thier flatter you will have longer stay. If you think that boss will listen then you are going to do mistake. Because boss believes their flatters.

There isn't anything to dislike except flatters.

It was very challenging when I was working there because I had to keep happy those flatters after that they were letting me do my work. I used to do their work because at that time corona was spreading in all over world.
