Not a single thing anybody can like about Bankedge.

Dislikes

It’s the pathetic company with pathetic management team. Nobody can survive there for more than 2 months. They don’t value their employees, no respect. They humiliate people and never give salary on time. You will leave the co. without any settlement and salary. They provide sales job and are doing frauds with the innocent peoples just for the sake of profit.

They make you work like a slave and suddenly they removed you though giving results giving different kind of excuses. Major part is they don't pay your hard earned salary 😭

Nothing I liked to work here. Terrible workplace to work. No HR culture no proper role clarity n reporting system. Completely unorganised . They ate my full and final settlement money.

If I have any rating less than zero I could have given that to this company.. high attrition rate still do not work on their shortcomings. Non ethical work culture. Superiors use abusive language to their subordinates. Horrible work place. Worked for only 2 months but it felt like hell I am stucked in. Qualified ppl should not wastetheir time with this company. Unnecessary pressure they give. 10 people takes ur reporting. They do not have internal coordination. They keep manager zonal manager but no reporting system. 10 ppl keep msging n calling u n threatening you from the very first day to fire u.

This is the worst organisation I have ever experienced all through my career. They are professional cheaters and no words can describe how terrible it feels to work with them

No career growth, they cheat students by telling they will be promised a bank job. Students are called for an interview and however good the candidate is, they ask them to join a paid training and later put them into sales jobs for credit cards and account opening.
