Dislikes

Lazy attitude towards adapting new technologies and process. No QA team to test the changes, Developer has to test himself. Too much of managerial hierarchy. Reactive culture rather than being proactive. Poor or zero agile adoption though they call 70-80% agile transformation complete.

Work satisfaction - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Very boring work. I have to develop and test in Dev, UAT, Prod all by myself. No QA to validate changes. In meetings they say it's not Adayar bank and we should write top class code but in reality, all the code is junk written out there.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
