Company is good but Management is not in favour of employees. They focus only those who is their favourite employee. Due to favouritism they spoil the company image.

Dislikes

Company forces employee to do extra activities. If you don't do that then you will not get promotion on time. Very bad Management.

There is nothing to love about except brand value and monthly engagement activities.

Manager. It’s toxic work-culture. Internal mobility is heavily biased and dependent on your manager, if he or she doesn’t really want you can’t crack any IJP. Undeserving people grow here due to favouritism. Managers have a consistent graph in getting promoted on regular basis whilst employee either been denied for promotion or theyleave the company. Company and Sr Management doesn’t even ask why people are leaving company and there is no retention policy. Work from home equals unlimited hours of working and you can’t question it. Year end reviews are formality, you would told that you didn’t get rating as you were inconsistent in promotions, when you ask about inconsistencies, you get no answer. Even if line of business have praised you and your efforts, a new parameter would be derived, out of context that was not even part of your deliverables, just to let you down and denied for promotions. They don’t even bother to explain why someone have been promoted and why someone else is not. If you will an IJP, your manager tells the other manager that you are critical resource and hence can’t be relieved, but in your face, you were told that you couldn’t clear due to xyz reason. It's work life balance is one of the best in the software companies with total job security

The only thing lacking in the company is promotion is very slow and salary hike is also pretty less in comparison to different companies

Overall it's being 3 months only with the company , but had a great experience looking forward with the company a great future ahead , must recommended job ever , everything thing is perfect seniors are superb and the company provides as many as facilities which are diff from actual CTC .
