The Company while starts it's. Operation I mean toll collection by that time I joined. And I have well team like retired Army Staffs well experienced colleagues well environment so it is very helpful to me for improving my knowledge and etc.......

It was a good experience setting up the O&M Team and inter acting with Electronic City users, Police, G O K. I could employ many young men and girls and train them.

Dislikes

Poor compensation of lower staff due low revenue. Poor support of Police and GOK in enforcing toll payment.

Work Details

It was a thanless challanging job. There were frequent deaths of pedestrians and we had to deliver the body to the Govt Hospital. It was sad how careless people are!!

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
