The company is good with the very co-operative staff. There is no such work pressure as people assume in a Japanese company. Every department has a Japanese head, and they are very good with all the staff & also very supportive. A person can learn many things if he/she is interested to learn. Overall Experience is good. Compensation is good, but the growth very slow & completely depends upon management, if HOD suggests also it does not work. No cultural activity and appreciation or awards. No outing or get-together. The engineer level has to work for 2 shifts (Overtime) which is not good. No additional benifit for ladies . No Saturday off and also less Leave .
