Only thing I like about banasthali is its been pretty safe and sound atmosphere.

I have a list to mention if you asked about what I dont like. Work culture their is very pathetic, people working for about 8-10years on same pay of less than 20k also.Their is no proper way of appraisals , everybody in the company do whatever they like.No credits were given to sincere candidates and people just behave damm unprofessional and their is no fixed working hours , it might vary from 7-9 hours for which they are paying you 20k and more over things works who is more cunning in the system.Worst management and system I came across. Top management is caring, work life balance is good, flexible working hours, salary on time

Low salary, deans work on flattery, no consideration to long association and loyalty, Top management has no idea of problems of staff they believe in what's said by Dean and HoD.

At the entry level, students has to be more filtered through examining them could help faculty members to prepare more strong professionals - as Vidyapith has a very strong pool of educators (in-house). (2.) Salary comes at 10-11th every month, so this is a negative aspect for many. (3.) Annual Apprisel is none-performance linked (I.e. no weightage for publications, conference, book authorships, awards, patents etc.). It is fixed 3% for all. (4.) For teaching and none teaching staffs, doesn’t have any playful or entertaining activities inside the campus. So, every evenings are usually quite isolated here. (5.) Inside campus markets are too expensive, selling poor quality merchandise, and limited options of goods. Outside markets are quite far from here (10km). (6.)
