Top management is very inefficient, corrupted and worse. Top 5 persons of top management is taking more than 50% of company’s budgeted salary while their contribution to company’s growth is not even 5%. No integrity, No policies, No ethics, Pathetic work culture. No work life balance, 12 hours duty 12-15 days a month without any overtime. Don't join this organisation specially Ahmedabad plant.
