I am working since 2 years. But what type of work i want to do i haven't get till date. Work like taxation n Gst n other valuable work which is good in Career growth not provided to me yet. I am working in account payable n receivable department. No growth in salary.

No growth in learning skills and no growth in salary.

Average. There is no backup , if i am on leave then no body in department touch that work only u have to do that work. So i have to think while taking leave. Personal life also important.

Employees are supportive . Female safety is priorities. All employees treat each other as a family. Less competition.

Dislikes

No good hike on increments. Promotions are based on HODs preferences and not on the work done by an individual. No proper staff canteen for tea / coffee break.
