Worst politics inside organisation. HR & management is not taking any action against about Manger. Even they created pressure on agent who tried to highlight and finally terminate that employee.. CEO SHOULD HIRE HR HEAD FROM KOREA SO THAT PEOPLE CAN GO WITHOUT ANY HESITATION AND NECESSARY ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST. EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IS ONE OF THE MOST UNSKILLED MANAGER DONT KNOW WHO HIRED THAT GUY NOT WORKING SINGLE HOURS IN DAY HE JUST COME OFFICE FOR COFFEE AND PLAY POOL THROUGHOUT THE DAY. This is a highly unstable company which doesn't know what to do in long term the hihger management is arrogant and the leaders working here have no knowledge just work for their own benefit neglecting the team persons.

Team mates were genuine & concerned. However, politics by the leadership team has to stop somewhere in order to let employees share an open hearted feedback. All dept heads were gradually laid off or handed over to Koreans as if Indians lack supervisory qualifications & qualities. Most Koreans were arrogant and would make you feel that they own you which is the most sickening feeling at a work place. Politics, arrogance, inhumanity, dictatorial attitude, professionalism (Shocked to see Koreans walking in at work wearing shorts, pyjamas, flip flops & also brushing their teeth within office premises... that’s so unacceptable.

You prepare a presentation, until you are asked by your korean supervisor to re-do the whole thing at least 2/3 times & still they being unhappy about it is in simple words called unnecessary torture.
