Well maintained Gender and Diversity in all departments. Employee engagement programs conducts every now and then. In my whole 7.5 years in same company I got only one Appraisal and one promotion which was a big block in my personal growth. In many ocassions I have been overshadowed and my Ideas unfairly represented by management. Poor work-life balance is often exacerbated by the fear that we're not doing enough.
