Pathetic work culture. They don't value your position. Inter-politics is more but intra-politics is even greater. Your managers disrespect you infront of your juniors and then give lame excuses to cover up. There's no personal life if you work in BAJAJ. They expect you to work and revert even on holidays/Sundays. If you deny then your manager and super manager will receive a complaint. They will provide you with outdated facilities and expect 200% return. The best of it- the bosses will call your juniors/reportees and ask them about your feedback-REALLY-COME ON YOU DESERVE MUCH BETTER. Micro management is at its peak here.
