You can work from anywhere after office hours. System is too good as compared to other NBFC's.

Dislikes

You will treat as a slave in company. There is no holiday and you can't take a single leave. 24*7 days working. Senior are doing politics for file assigned and in other works also. Sales team and manager will call you in mid night for credit check or any other approval ( there is no time limit ). Teams like Lap vertical pressure is too much on credit team. There is no control.

Pay is good but at the cost of mental peace

Dislikes

Horrible culture. Sales team misbehaves with everyone including among themselves. Top management are silent observers. Depressing work culture. Difficult to breathe peacefully. No work timings. You might need to work from 9 am to 6 am non stop and still criticised.
