Money Minded company. Only need to work , no leaves will be given and should only concentrate on job and will avoid friends and family members before joining in Bajaj. Even to work on public holidays and festivals. More than 12hrs need to work as mentioned by the Chief HR Manger in the Meeting as per company policy which is not mentioned in the Paper.
