As there is no sundays, even no holidays on festivals, plus no time table for work. Work start from 10-11 morning to late night 12 pm till. Only benefit in terms of money and growth which is also poor after covid .they are doing various cost cutting. Plus Work culture us very poor. Learning opportunity and challenge lover can join Bfl other than that overall negative.

Join other firm where employee oriented company. It is only money oriented firm there is no employee felling and other problem they only want work . In the name of incentive they put various condition which is very impossible to achieve .that we are human and in pressure we can do some some mistake but they want rapid work with no mistake which is very impossible. So please do not join BFL if you have family responsibility. You can only join if you are on your own no body other than you.Even you have to paid for company laptop from your salary and many other deduction which you think I got a big package but when I see my ac I got nothing in terms of expectation....Read More
