Yes , I'm like to working with Bajaj finance Ltd . working environment & culture is really good which is help to learning new techniques and build the ability of decision making . Supportive nature of seniors & staff members . Everyone has a good communication skills or knowledge about their own department which is help to understand the roles & responsibility of particular person .

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow , after 1 -2 years surving contact period of third party onrole , there is no apporch of hiring as a onrole employee in Bajaj finance Ltd . Only few departments help to give internal promotion to there ofrole executives . According to other departments they hire new executive from openmarket or reference of other colleagues.
