Earlier management was good at providing good environment to employees..gave work satisfaction though no work life balance... recognises employees hard work

With new management there is no job safety..No work life balance....baisedness...every old employes are asked to leave the company

As a whole it is a very good Company to work with.

Company is very good , but due to someone who came to East very recently it is becoming very difficult to work here with dignity and self respect. As a leader it is very difficult to motivate a team of SO who are all time searching for new jobs due to misbehaviour and threatening from RSM. HR knew everything but keeping mum.

One of the worst company to work, mangers are so pathetic and full undercutting company, HR have no vertical. Asm are enjoying their life and making expense from Home. Only Primary base company. No logic,no business idea. Only undercutting based company. Zero learning bcz there are only few categories for business. Do not 🚫 join this company other wise your life become hell .
