Overall it's a good organization to work but having huge requirement to improve to become better. Good ethical values.

Dislikes

Although company having good ethical values but they ignored it at covid lockdown, 50% salary cut even for support team). Since support team were not being incentivised when business was at boom so there should not be salary cut when business is at low.

Worst working environment and culture in Lucknow branch everything is in the hands of Branch manager. Koi growth nhi hoti h Salary mei or company kbhi bhi nikl sakti h or incentive nhi degi previous. Employee ko 10 bje bula lete h or 8 bje jane dete h jbki ofc hours 10.30 se 7 hai.
