It is a wrost company. Here diploma engineer salary is very low and after two year comapny cut the employment.

Dislikes

Everything, policy is wrost, job security is almost zero, after 10 year bajaj goes to a wrost company list, product improvement is zero.

Iam a part of bajaj autoby since Last 2 years . Work environment is too good. Seniors are friendly and supportive. But growth level is totally not good in company. You work on same place assembly line for years. Knowledge and training programs levels are very low.. So lack of knowledge as per your eligibility. Othervise bus and food facilities are good.. And in cte period only 5 leaves were given by company for year. It is too ridiculous because it was a factor for your confrmation....Read More
