1. Leadership Skill Development is absolutely missing. and hence long working people skill sets are not up to the mark. The digital platform is not going to give a solution 100%. Must have clear career path programs which is missing. The appraiser is not really mean in BAL, all the decisions are taken from the top level. The relationship between RO /ZO/HO must improve, need to consult and must feel that RO is the important team. Policies are not customer friendly and the field is not having importance in this company unlike other organizations in the industry. 1. No Job security you are threatened on regular basis (Bossism), 2.HR dept is a joke here, Poor HR policies, People sitting in HR never responds to your queries, 3. This company offers more salary but 30% is variable, they will cut/revise/reduce your salary if your performance is rated average/low(Rating process is done in unethical manner), 4 No skill development activities done for field personnel. People are kept in frontline even after service of more than 10 years (No growth). 5. people will get stuck in this company due to high salary. 6.
