Couple of decades back, it was the best place to learn and learn more. One had every opportunity and freedom to be involved in most of the activities. Especially, when every manufacturing activity was in house, the engineers of those times (including me) could see and learn about the complete processes, of every aspect of manufacturi ng a vehicle. The learning curve was very steep and remained so for 2 decades. Seniors would encourage every such activity. Career growth happened without much prodding and HR was almost non-existent. Dislikes

A decade back, more professionals joined the company and the direction, as well as employer-employee relations changed course. HR professionals bought in software industry protocols, disrupting the existing normal, of a auto industry. Currently, job security is at a new low. Job satisfaction artificially remains for those who have co me in of late on high packages and who intend to move out in a couple of years time<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Work Details

It started from stints at Service Department, brief stint in Motorsports, moving onto Product Engineering and then R&D. Testing, Validation, New Product Development & Homologation were the core. Last stint as Product Support in International Business.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
