Bajaj auto is a best place for freshers where you can learn a lot of engineering skills and TPM concepts and on other hand you can balance the work-life easily.

There is no more pressure working in bajaj. Working culture is good. They providing good foods transportation safety.

Dislikes

Some department don't give any promotion or other department transfer. Appraisal % is lower than expected. Some department don't appreciate your work.

I can gave 3 years for bajaj and doing 100% of my work but they not continue me for job . management staff was not good to see the youngster's and after leave the company i realize i am waste my 3 years for bajaj and output is 0.

They can fire you if u are under trainee period. If there is low production. They hire you only for 2years for trainee. And after 2 years they tell to do work as in contract for 3 years . No job security

Excellent place to start career, high learning curve in the 1st 2yrs in the organisation. As a fresher into the corporate world, it can be pretty enriching at the start.

Dislikes

After 3yrs, the work becomes pretty stagnant and one may choose to look for new opportunities outside.

They don't care what skills you have. They will put you in Random dept after doing post graduation from IITs. It's terrible for anybody career. They put you in operations where there is no need of post graduation knowledge.
