The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

Worst insurance company to work on, they will force you to mis sell, managers behaviour in Madhya Pradesh region is very abusive they will abuse your mother, family, attendance approval is dependent on your managers they will ask you to bootlick to get your attendance approved. In direct channel 99% cases signature of customers has been forged by their employees and managers, they will do anything to earn money, data leakage is there, no respect for privacy worst company for work on they will make your life hell. They are hiring only 3rd party vendor and there is no any opportunity to them for their growth. They just only want the completion of work even on weekends holidays. Some managers doing the micro management like login time bathroom time tea break time and highlight as productivity issue
