- Very first i would like to mention is work life Balance - Management seriously needs to think and action on the same. though if you are in your early age below 30/32 you should definitely burn out yourself here so that you learn what is pressure and if you can bear it and come out of it, you will be successful in any organisation.- Incentives payout is good, though changes in the policy is not good as Qtrly payments should be paid in the consecutive month which is delayed for 2 months. - Appraisal can be more better, though Bell Curve method is used however there is a lot of biasness and recent incidents or achievements acts as a major roles in the overall appraisals. Since my Manager is good he had ensured and full filled all the commitments in our team but this is not happening across. - Ethical things are not promoted here as Heads of the department plays major roles in decision makings....Read More

Nothing Appreciable. Its the worst company to work for. No policy and no senior management to question any negative trends in a team.

Dislikes

This is the worst company to work for. As a HR , I can say there is no human values. Pathetic work culture , no work life balance and extreme office politics. Promotion is not given on merit basis but on your goodwill with seniors. I can't think of any one positive attribute.

The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

It's a wonderful and peaceful working environment here. Flexing working hours make a great experience, and salaries are always credit on time. The food court and free snacks are fantastic. I feel lucky to be a part of this company.

They are hiring only 3rd party vendor and there is no any opportunity to them for their growth. They just only want the completion of work even on weekends holidays. Some managers doing the micro management like login time bathroom time tea break time and highlight as productivity issue

By default promotion on achieving goalsheets and assigned targets. No need to manager favorites for promotion. So attractive insertives money earning opportunities. Every quarter foreign trip contest and schemes for people who do more numbers.

No travel allowance for frontline. Poor Reimbursement system for other claims. Uncertainties of changes in insurance regulatory systems.
