Existing employee not getting chance for team leader profile, There is many partiality by manager for promoting new sales manager to team leader who has not completing single goalsheet, who is in system only from 6 months. But not getting chance for existing employee who has performing well in new business and also persistency 13, 25,37,49,61, who are in system from last 8years

When it comes to Doha bank i really appreciate the work environment as my cluster manager & national manager was working together, but when i started my journey with axis bank the cluster manger and circle heads are useless not at all working, no fame or name in branch never use to visit a branch

HR Rumaan patel posted in mumbai is the worst HR i have ever seen in my whole career without knowing industrial act law he ask employee to put down the resignation with false allegations i think he needs to be taken to legal action which he dare to ask to employee to forcefully put the resignation and leave. HR Rumaan Patel has forcefully asked me to put my resignation on the spot.

Senior leadership not understanding middle level leadership and always expecting the middle level to hand hold experienced soucing population unnecessarily which modern junior sourcing population understood very wel and are taking full advantage to their merriers. A damn low Just 3SAM Calls per day by the CAO is setting up a bad culture where sourcing population comfortably not using / using day's time as per their convenience.The competitive insurance selling more calls in even after official working hours.3 Calls expections is a blunder which is visible in over 70% LP&ELP sourcing managers who take away salaries from customers' premium.Senior leadership GM and above seems only enjoying the security of their job and fat salaries from logins by 20% veteran sourcing population.None seems keen on new sourcing population except for "Gyan -bating"...Read More

The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.
