Dislikes

They have really bad management there. No sense of morality or ethics to their employees. Be ready to have some bad experience if you take entry there. They don't take care of their on-site employees. Sometimes you have to pay from your own pocket for living out-of-state.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
