1) incentives form 25% of yout CTC. it is mandatory to attend a spiritual camp in order to be eligible for these incentives. Though i completed my targets, i was not sanctioned permit to attend the camp (for excuses like..we need you here right now). So basically even if you achieve your targets, there could be good possibility of not getting your incentives. 2) no hierarchy: baggit is a family business and hierarchy is hardly defined. design is headed by a relative of the MD who comes once a week for 2 hrs. Hence, decisions are delayed and timelines suffer, in turn again, your incentives suffer if you dont meet the timeline. 3) when i joined, the vacancy was for the post of senior manager as the current senior manager was leaving. I joined but she never left, so i was given the manager position which reported into her. This senior manager also came only twice a week. So basically i was doing all the work of a senior manager and getting the salary of a manager sans incentives....Read More

One may feel lost and unsatisfied as things move extreemly slowly here. Again not getting incentives is depressing. Also, seniors not present in office can make your timelines suffer. One may feel clueless in just a few months of working here.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
