U have lots of things learn from theire.. U want experience go ahaead but dont look for career growth, salary/appraisal nothing is happening there .. Thare is no teamwork... There is 8 hours duty but u have to work 12-15 hours a day then only u treating like good employee.. Overall speaking Bagalkot cement factory is terreble
