This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. Do not expect job security as this is basically just a family business trying to raise their assets that's it. They have no SOPs no process. They just try all ways to raise money by hook or by crook. No matter how well you perform when you talk about your salary or appraisal, they start talking about how bad you have been performing.
