Politics between departments. Also politics within teams, actually there is no team, all pretends. Dont's ask about salary, it's worse than the politics. Oh wait and the HR. I swear they don't deserve to be even humans. They don't care about how you work; what you work. All you have to special (VERY SPECIAL) to one particular senior and boom! increment all year. Don't come here, it's a hell.
