I have been working in the bacardi from last 6.5 years. I am certificate blender in Bacardi and have good repo in global management. They know me for my hard work. Since I am getting what I want global team decide me to give me some responsibility in Puerto Rico.

Dislikes

I have been working with the Bacardi since June 2016 to till date on same role and have versatile experience in liquor industry. Earlier the management was good and taking care of employees but now everyone is selfish here and thinking about own benefits! I would say in India the culture is not good..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a account team.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day.

Ovel company culture and people are very good, D&I is very great. Very friendly environment as compar to my past experience. Fir female it's a very good company. Work life balance is also good as per my previous experience

Bacardi is one of the best company in liquor division. Here people enjoy there work and life. Company policies are very favourable for employees.

Dislikes

Dislike is nothing for me. Because bacardi gave me an opportunity to do work in different different areas.

Overall Bacardi is very good company for working as we as for learning. Being a part of Blending. Here is totally different kind of blending done. Last year I have applied for B1 VISA for US but could not have got the VISA. This year I am also trying for US visa for taking the Master bender training.

Dislikes

In Bacardi peoples are cooperative. Here the peoples are always ready to help to each others.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
