the company is give us a opportunity work to prove our ability to work in sales & marketing field and give experience how to satisfy the customer needs & wants; it helps us to work together & strengthen ourself to achieve goals & target in the markets& other competitors.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is high , Growth is also high , work pressure as also high , but Saraly is very poor when compare to the work burden; Manager do not value an individual unique strengths ; Manager will desire whatever he want but some times it's may not to be worked ; co-ordination with the team is very rare to some fail in the sales work

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
