No job security for edge cutting technology developers. They don't have enough projects/clients for such technologies. They do hiring and fire the employees if they don't get the projects with matching skill set of employees. By any chance if you hit the bench even it's company's inability to get the clients. You will be under strict servillence of HR who uses the tools like Hibstaff which keeps track of your keyboard mouse activities and also keeps on capturing the screenshots. Almost everything. - HR policy keep changing every now and then without letting the employees know. - Employees doesn't matter, only client does, as they don't consider their genuine issue. - Salary hike is so bad, and not even close to 10-20% - They get clients by telling wrong number of experience. - Most positive reviews are told to write by company
