1. 12 Hours strict working (Daily) 2. Meeting after 12 hour working time. 3. No job security- Sudden return ticket to go back India with out any prior information, only 4 hours before they will inform you. 4. You are not allow to go out side or intrect to other people's in tema , too much privacy protocol they are following. 5. No any holidays of any festivals , 12 Hour x365 days working. 6. Salary after 2 Months , but you have to send mail for that , if you forgot your salary will not come. 7. No respect of Seniors or juniors. 8. Sharing Room accommodation seniors and juniors all have to live in sharing accommodation in Factory premises very close to factory (lots of fumes in factory , no greenery) 9. 8 workers in one room , no AC No fans . 10.No medical facilities provided, you have to bear your expenses. They will give you fever / common cold medicines but If some thing other than happend you have to pay or they will deduct from your salary. In case of injury while working you have to pay. Company will not give any thing , you have to come India and all expenses will be yours. 11. You will not get any signed contract copy by B5 plus , only you have to sign and give. 12.Leave after 2 years , once contract is over ,if you want yo come before you have to pay 1.5 lacks to mangement....Read More

1. Not recommended to go in B5 , no job security No respect, No Authority will be given , you and Workers/helpers both will be in same line and to stand in same line to get food in canteen. Non systematic Approach to run industry. 2. You can Say LALA type Company. 3. No Authority given to any one / Seniors hired mangement. Even you are at Senior level for everything you have to take approvals for small small things also. 4. You Will learn Nothing , very old concept they are using. 5. No medical facilities , if something happend you should pay from your pocket. 6. No Quality Life, they provide housing in factory back side is Waste dump yard " Too Much Smelly" 7. Do not leave your job to join in B5 , No job security If you want to work 1 years only , you can try But do not think long term nor family there. 8. They fired people with out any reason , they like YES SIR approch only. 9. 12 Hour working ,strict Even meeting on Sundays. 10. If you lives in good society do not go , B5 is just a slum type area. 11.
