Company culture is best in the market Owner himself looks in to Well being of the Employee Appraisals are good if you stay there for more than 3 years Opportunities are there to learn new things which are even not related to your department

Dislikes

Projects and work is repeated type which limits the technical growth 6 days working May old people are working there just beacause of there relations which ultimately hampers the growth and nurishment of new employee without any reference in company.

Good and technical learning co., all are not in comfort who will have technical knowledge. Those people are comfort who spoon feeder, but they are not required any technical knowledge required for middle management.

Middle management are not correct and those who are engineers are not a educators engineers somebodys are they are purchase their degrees

Staff gets salary on time. Weekly workers also get their payment on time. Overall, every kind of payment is made on time. Company owner always supports staff and labor.

Asking repeatedly for promotion. Giving promotion without looking at service timing. Increasing the Basic Salary Less.

In this company you get a lot of chance to be technically strong and make yourself successful. I feel proud to work with such a great company. I thank to Shirke sir from the bottom of my heart.

The management in this company tells false facts to the owner. There is a thief name Punkaj Dutta in the management of this company, he himself steals and defames the good employees. All the managers are trapped in Punkaj Dutta’s web because maximum managers in this company is stealing. If you want to work in this company, it is necessary for you to have a certificate of education, work experiences as well as experience in committing thefts. If you want to survive in this company, you will have to be a blind follower or else you will have to act as a sycophant. Company is very good about the skill development and job security but juniors payment is very less they can't survive properly.

Dislikes

Only experience persons get promotion and high salary juniors are only for concreting and curing they have not satisfied with salary. after 4 year job experience they only get 20000 rs salary .when u join through reference then you get lot of salary also you get confirmation letter in 3 month .
