No work culture, Job Bond for 3 years, Taking advance blank cheque on joining as security so they can do some legal against you if you breake their illegal job bond. Also every month 5% of salary deducted as bind money. This is not return if u leave within bond period. only Harassment, single process, single product, nothing to learn.
