No Job security, Salaries are delayed, one person in each department means if you come to office after 10 days leave you have to follow-up with all 10 days works were you was on leave, Directors don't have manners to talk with employees.

Any one wants to join this company don't join this there is no growth at all and if you join comp then don't join this comp Pune's Lohegaon project as this site management is very ridiculous and the project manager of this site is not capable and also not trusted person as he is doing mental torture. He is not at all taking any responsibility of his staff and he says that for his job security he is doing all of this . He will doing help to other contractors than his staff what knows he is paid for that...Read More

After 2015 the some not capable persons gone to higher post and old staff is terminated by comp. Which is given all project to comp. After there termination the comp loosing all projects contract gets terminated by client and comp having only 1 or 2 sites on going

Work Details

Work is really enjoyable and not a single day I felt bored, honest and hard work pays off the rest the company take care of. We completed 4 big project without a fatal accident, It provides safety to all workers and staff. I would love to work with them

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
