Company wise good and In time salary we will get. And we can learn how the site was built

Poor management in india There comparing the employee salary to lower category people who don’t have there engineering degree They need cheaper labour to work As per company policy there maintaining the working hours morning 7am to 6pm. But in this rating there didn’t mention correct timings here they mention 9am but it’s wrong information given through this web website.

This co. Always finish project after send home to unpaid vocation and waiting for other project they again hire for new location or other country, but some time some people sattel with same project/ embassy.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
