Working environment is absolutely excellent. Teammates are very coordinative. Salary/Appraisal are at times more satisfiable. Can learn a lot and improvise. Even if possible can provide innovative ideas based on our learning experience.

Shift based timings are terrible to work. Work pressure is also high at times. Career growth is below par.

Firstly, I need to plan for each and every week the headcount required to complete the loading received and allocate them at the respective processes. Then continuously monitoring each and every operator whether they are achieving their outputs.
