I enjoyed my tenure with AYTB specially in Rastanura Aramco Refinery Clean fuel Transfer line pipeline project. The teammates are very cooperative and management very supportive and transperent. The whiteboard policies in company towards project progress and daily analysis is highly recommended. Overall it's good expereince.

Dislikes

Every company has own issue, it does not mean that company having politics. I dislike that the nomination of key person is quite not in line with project requirement.

The consider as Project based, the life with AYTB is tough. Lot of pressure on your head and multiple hats to be wear as consideration of Project responsibility.
